Clubhouse and Golf Course Open Tomorrow!

As you would be aware, the Victorian Government announced yesterday that the current lockdown will lift at 11:59pm tonight 9th September for Regional Victoria only – excluding Shepparton. Accordingly, we have revised Club Mandalay’s operating times and associated guidelines.

The following times and guidelines will apply from Friday 10th September unless advised otherwise by the Victorian Government.

Golf

  • Tee Times are open from 8am – 11am for Regional Members and Guests, and from 11am onwards for Regional Members ONLY.
  • The Pro Shop will be open from 8am – 11am, however if you are checking in for your round after 11am you can do so at Reception or our Cafe.
  • Maximum players in one group is four.
  • Masks must be worn at all times while inside the Clubhouse and while playing on the Course.
  • There will be no competitions during this time.
  • Tee sheets are now open for booking here.

  • Please be aware that Club Mandalay is only permitted to have a maximum of 10 customers inside and a maximum of 20 customers outside at any one time. To be fair to all patrons, we have implemented a maximum 1 hour seating time when eating or drinking at Club Mandalay.
  • Due to the 1 hour seating time, please note that we will only be offering our Bar Menu over lunch service. We are only accepting walk-ins at this time.
  • Also due to the above density limits, we will not be offering in-house Dinner Service at this time.

Leisure

  • Gym – closed.
  • Pool – open daily from 7am – 6pm.
  • Tennis – open daily from 7am – 6pm. Tennis lessons will resume as normal, and a date for the recommencement of lessons will be confirmed shortly.

If you are visiting the Clubhouse, please be aware of the below current Covid guidelines:

  • Masks must be worn at all times on Club Grounds (unless you have a medical exemption) or unless you are eating, drinking or out of breath. This includes while outside.
  • You must sign in each time you enter the Clubhouse using our QR Code.
  • As the current lockdown still applies in Metro Melbourne and Shepparton, only residents of Regional Victoria (excluding Shepparton) will be permitted entry. Our staff will be undertaking ID checks to enforce this, and only permitted residents will be allowed entry.

Remember – if you are not feeling well you should not visit the Clubhouse to help us ensure the safety of our patrons and staff.
