Resident Membership

Residents of Mandalay Estate have access to a number of facilities at the Clubhouse, including the state of the art Gym, Tennis Courts, heated Pool and more.

Club Mandalay is the heart of the community within Mandalay Estate.

A great place for Residents to bring the family, the state of the art Clubhouse boasts a 25 metre swimming pool, tennis courts and gym. Residents and their guests will also be able to relax in the cafe, bar or restaurant and pick up the essentials at the Urban Grocer. Opened in July 2015, Club Mandalay is the jewel in the crown of the Mandalay Estate and will be a vibrant home away from home for Mandalay Residents and guests.

Club Mandalay Resident Membership

Membership to Club Mandalay is available to Residents and Owners within the Mandalay Estate. Membership provides access to the Clubhouse and associated facilities, including pool, tennis courts and gymnasium. Residents also enjoy member pricing at the Bar & Restaurant within the Clubhouse and have access to the Urban Grocer.

What is included in my Resident Membership?

  • Your owner’s corporation fees paid for the first 12 months following the settlement of your land.
  • 10% discount on the majority of food and beverage items within the Restaurant, Café and Urban Grocer.
  • Access to residents-only events held at Club Mandalay.
  • Free hire of the Thomson Room for private functions and events.
  • Access to the Clubhouse facilities including the gym, pool, kids aqua splash park and tennis courts.
  • Discounts on golf membership fees and green fees.

How do I obtain my membership?

You may apply for Resident Membership below, alternatively you can download a form and email it to or simply return to Reception.

When does my resident membership start?

Once the Club receives your application, your membership will be processed and you will be invited to attend a compulsory induction. During the induction we will run through the inclusions of your resident membership along with the rules and regulations of the Clubhouse and facilities, who to contact when you have an inquiry and also an overview of how the Club functions. This time will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions about your resident membership that you may have.

Are memberships transferable?

No. To be a Resident Member you must reside in a house within Mandalay estate. The 12 month free OC fees are only applicable to the original lot owners and is not transferable in any way. In the unlikely event that you decide to on-sell your land (within the 12 month period) the owners corporation fees will be forfeited.
