Despite a cool and cloudy start to the day, we had a full morning field of Pros and Amateurs ready to take on the Mandalay Golf Course!   As the weather started to clear it gave way to beautiful conditions for some outstanding golf. At the end of the morning field, Shannon Smith took the win in the Amateurs with an impressive score of 48, winning themselves a Srixon Golf Bag, while the best Pro of the morning field, Grahame Stinson, scored 69 (3 under par).

With well-known golf pros such as Michael Long, Terry Price, Brad Burns and Andre Stolz taking to the golf course after lunch, our Members and their Guests were in for a cracking afternoon.  The wind picked up and the sun came out for a more challenging golfing environment. In the end, Michael Long took the win among the Pros with a course record 66 (6 under par) and Ivan Istuk snatched the win with a score of 41 in the Amateur afternoon field, winning himself a Toro Power Pack.

It was a brilliant day of spirited competition amongst the Pros and Amateurs, with prizes being handed out too many of the competitors. You can see a list of the winners for the day below:
