Executive Chef

Eranga has over 13+ years experience in the culinary world and has a unique flair for modern Australian food with an Asian twist. As our Executive Chef, Eranga creates our unique Restaurant and Takeaway menus as well as designing menus for all sorts of functions and events that are held at Club Mandalay.

Sous Chef

Chameera brings over 13 years of cooking experience with him to his role at Club Mandalay, along with his strong desire to continually experiment with new cooking styles. As our Sous Chef, Chameera manages the kitchen staff and ensures the food remains at the highest standard possible. He also manages the sweet and savoury creations that can be found daily in our cafe cabinet.
