Updated Group Fitness Timetable

Our new Group Fitness Timetable is live and packed with fitness classes for your convenience. We hope you love the update just as much as we do. Remember, classes are free for resident members!

Your valuable feedback has driven us to include two fresh classes. After a successful trial of a 10:15am Monday Strength class with Ayden, we have decided to make this a permanent fixture! In addition, the wonderful Julie is now taking a Boxing class every Wednesday from 7:45pm. Check below for the updated timetable:
