Bar/ Barista/Cafe & Restaurant Casual Staff
Club Mandalay is located just 40 minutes North of Melbourne’s CBD and 20 minutes to Melbourne Airport. Our venue is the premier golf and residential development in the burgeoning North of Melbourne.
Our facilities include a Thomson Perrett Designed 18-hole golf course and contemporary Clubhouse. Our Clubhouse plays host to a 60-seat restaurant, café & outdoor dining spaces, function room, Urban Grocer, a Pro Shop and extensive leisure facilities including a 25-metre heated pool, children’s water park, gymnasium and two tennis courts.
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic food and beverage professionals to join our upbeat and proactive team! Experience working in a Bar or Barista experience is an advantage!
Our facility hosts lunch 7 days, dinner service Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings and Breakfast on Sunday.
Successful applicants will be required to:
- Work cooperatively and professionally with colleagues & customers
- Hold a current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
- Have flexibility across a 7-day roster
- Follow health, safety and security procedures
- Have strong communication skills & attention to detail
- Have excellent grooming & presentation
- Be highly reliable, with a friendly disposition
- Promote products & services to customers
- Provide food and beverage service including table service
- Provide a link between kitchen & service areas
- Prepare the dining room for service
- Barista experience preferred
- Assist in general cleanliness of room including cleaning duties, removal of linen and rubbish and other duties as required
